Built For Clinicians
With Real Data

This is not a lecture. It is a working session. You must bring your own clinical dataset.

You have data sitting untouched
A procedure log, patient registry, OPD records, or any clinical dataset you collected but never fully analysed.
You are not sure what your data can answer
You know you have something valuable but do not know where to start or which research questions are realistic.
You want a publication — not just an analysis
You want to walk away with a concrete next step toward a manuscript, not just a summary of your numbers.

Six Tangible
Outcomes

Every participant leaves with real, usable outputs — not slides to read later.

01
A data audit of your own dataset
A structured understanding of what your data can and cannot answer — its strengths, gaps, and hidden potential.
02
A validated research question
Built using the PICO framework with AI assistance — specific, answerable, and grounded in your data.
03
A draft abstract
An AI-generated abstract skeleton from your own dataset — yours to refine and develop further.
04
A 90-day manuscript roadmap
A realistic, step-by-step plan to move from where you are today to a submitted manuscript.
05
An AI prompt toolkit
A curated library of research prompts — tested in the session, ready to use immediately after.
06
DataCraft certificate + alumni access
A certificate of completion and access to the DataCraft clinician-researcher community for ongoing support.

AI Tools You Will
Use on the Day

No coding. No statistics software. Just powerful AI tools guided by expert instruction.

Claude
Your primary research partner. Deep data interrogation, research question development, PICO framework, and manuscript structure generation.
ChatGPT
A second AI perspective for cross-checking insights, generating alternative research angles, and validating your thinking.
NotebookLM
Upload your documents and interrogate them in natural language. Consistently the most surprising tool in the session — participants never expect this.
Google Sheets
Structure, clean, and prepare your dataset. The foundation everything else is built on — and the format your AI tools work with directly.

Additional AI tools introduced in future cohorts as the curriculum evolves.

The Day,
Module by Module

Six hours of structured hands-on work — including lunch — built around your data, not generic examples.

10:00 AM
45 min
Module 1 — The Hook
Opens with a provocation — not a slide deck. Each participant shares their dataset and their gut feeling about what it contains. The Data Passport framework then maps every dataset in the room against what is research-ready and what is not.
Group + Hands-on
10:45 AM
45 min
Module 2 — Meeting Your AI Research Partner
The Research Prompt Formula is introduced. Live demo using a real clinical dataset on the projector — Claude and NotebookLM interrogated in real time. Then every participant runs the formula against their own data and shares what comes back.
Demo + Hands-on
11:30 AM
15 min
Coffee Break
Tea, coffee, and informal discussion. The conversations that happen here are usually the best ones of the day.
11:45 AM
75 min
Module 3 — The Deep Interrogation
The heart of the workshop. Three interrogation moves — the Hypothesis Test, the Gap Finder, and the Comparator — applied to each participant's own dataset. Individual coaching throughout. A group sharing moment at the halfway point surfaces unexpected findings from across the room.
Individual + Group Sharing
1:00 PM
30 min
Lunch
A shared light lunch. Informal, social, and often where the most interesting cross-specialty conversations happen.
1:30 PM
60 min
Module 4 — From Insight to Output
The IMRaD framework mapped to your research question. Live demo — a full draft abstract generated from a real dataset on the projector. Then every participant generates their own abstract and Methods paragraph. Most will see a manuscript skeleton with their data for the first time.
Demo + Hands-on
2:30 PM
30 min
Module 5 — The 90-Day Roadmap
Each participant uses AI to generate a personalised week-by-week manuscript plan from their specific dataset and research question. DataCraft alumni WhatsApp group launched in the room. Next cohort teased.
Hands-on
3:00 PM
45 min
Module 6 — Closing
Group reflection — each participant completes the sentence: "I came in thinking my data could ___. I am leaving knowing it can ___." Feedback forms completed in the room. Certificates presented individually. Group photo.

Before You
Register

What kind of dataset do I need to bring?
Any clinical data you have collected — procedure logs, OPD records, surgical outcomes, lab results, patient registries. It should ideally be in Excel or Google Sheets. Paper records can be brought if you plan to digitise them before the workshop.
Do I need any prior research or AI experience?
None at all. The workshop is designed specifically for clinicians who have data but have never known how to use it. All tools are used in a guided, step-by-step manner.
What laptop or software do I need to bring?
Bring your own laptop with Chrome installed. All tools used are browser-based and free — no software installation is required. We will help you set up accounts on the day if needed.
How is registration confirmed?
Submit the registration form and you will receive a WhatsApp message within 24 hours with payment details. Your seat is confirmed only upon payment of PKR 10,000.
Why is the class limited to 10 participants?
Intentionally small. Every participant receives individual attention during the hands-on sections. This is not a seminar — it is a working session with real coaching.
Will there be future cohorts?
Yes. This is the founding cohort at PKR 10,000. Future cohorts will run at PKR 15,000. Founding cohort participants get early access and a discounted rate for advanced workshops.

10 Seats.
One Sunday.

Bring your data. Leave with your research direction, your draft abstract, and your next step.

Registration closes when seats are filled — or by Friday 10th April 2026
